Witness Identification, Statements & Locates
A witness statement is a memorialized account of the facts and events of relevant issues that have occurred such as an accident, medical procedure, etc. All evidence, including witness statements taken through an interview or interrogation, must be collected and preserved in a way that ensures it is admissible in court. Seasoned investigators such as ours, understand the importance and mechanics of doing this properly. We have saved our clients untold difficulties by securing a recorded statement that allows them a glimpse into what a person might say if called to testify.
Accident Scene Photography & Video Canvasses
This day and age there are cameras everywhere. We can help find and get copies of video footage that may have captured the incident. We can also photograph the area where the accident occurred and look for potential witnesses not identified on the police report.
Forensically Sound Acquisition of Digital Media
One of our investigators is a certified digital forensics investigator. He holds a masters degree in managing information technology as well as a dozen industry certifications. We can properly acquire hard drives (PATA, SATA, etc.) as well as SD, Micro SD, flash drives and other types of external media. We help prevent accidental evidence spoilation while you wade through the evidence.
