Alimony Fraud Investigations
Alimony fraud is when the financially secure spouse is ordered to pay support to the other after a divorce is over. Generally, these orders include terms that stop payments if the recipient cohabitates with another person. All to often, the recipient will continue to collect the check long after the cohabitation begins. This is fraud but it is rarely punished by the Court. We can assist with establishing patterns that show someone is living at an address as opposed to just being an occasional overnight guest.
